What Subbu is
Subbu is a private tool that one person uses to publish his own videos, photos and text to his own YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram account and X account at the same time. It has no public sign-up and no other users.
What it stores
- The sign-in keys that YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X give it when the owner connects his accounts. They are stored encrypted on the owner's server.
- The files, captions and titles the owner uploads, and a record of where each post was published.
- A Telegram chat ID, if the owner links Telegram to get a message after each post.
Subbu does not read, collect or store data about anyone else, and it shows no ads.
Where the data goes
A post is sent only to the platforms the owner picks for it. Instagram and Facebook download the file from a private Cloudflare R2 link that stops working after 24 hours; that copy is deleted after one day. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
The YouTube part uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy.
How long it is kept
Uploaded files are deleted from the server 7 days after they are posted. Sign-in keys are kept until the account is disconnected.
Deleting your data
- In Subbu, open Settings and press Disconnect next to an account. Its sign-in keys are deleted at once.
- You can also remove Subbu's access on each platform: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Business integrations (Facebook) or Settings → Apps and websites (Instagram), and X under Settings → Connected apps.
